A Columbia municipal judge has ruled that a DUI test may have been invalid after an officer told a defendant to "blow hard" into a breathalyzer, an action that could have skewed the results.

Thought the ruling doesn't apply outside of the capital city, the decision could support other similar challenges in the state.
