Car flips in Jamestown, but when a woman stops to assist she is carjacked, sparking a police chase that would end in another county on a dead-end street with shots fired at officers.

Update December 5: While the reason for the carjackings, gun firing, and multi-county car chase still remains hazy, the accused Lonnie Hazelton is being held without bond.

Update December 6: Still no explanation on just why the suspect allegedly fired at police, but The Post and Courier has a report that details a bit more on how the bizarre scene unfolded.
