North Charleston shooting leaves two injured

Police are reporting that two people were transported to the Medical University of South Carolina Hospital on Friday night after an alleged drug deal went awry on Clements Avenue in North Charleston.
According to police, three men entered an apartment in which a drug deal was taking place and an altercation ensued. At approximately 11:30 p.m., gunshots were allegedly fired and two men were injured.
One man was said to be in critical condition while in transit to MUSC. The other victim's injuries were non-life-threatening.
