Teen sentenced for mutilated cats
Christopher Campbell has plead guilty to mutilating eight cats and dumping their bodies, and the 19-year-old has been sentenced to a 90 day "shock incarceration" program.
He has also been sentenced to 30 days for time already served for a harassment charge for threats made against the family of a female he dated.
