Seth Christopher Spivey, 23, was arrested on Wednesday, April 13th, by the Charleston Police Department on multiple charges.

Spivey has officially been charged with armed robbery, purse snatching, one count of forgery, and three counts of financial transaction card theft. Talk about your smorgasbord of charges.
