James Island Holiday Festival of Lights sets attendance record

The 3-mile loop of more than million lights that is the James Island County Park Holiday Festival of Lights has drawn a record number of eyeballs.
Some 444,000 pairs of eyes according to park records and a report in The Post and Courier.
