Summerville chemical plant closes up shop, leaves behind leaky drums (update: removed)

Update November 12: The Post and Courier reports that the property owner has hired a company to remove the barrels; take a read of the report here.
First reporting: Chemical products maker Scienceuticals who, according to their website is a, "manufacturing company, laboratory, and supplier of wholesale beauty products, personal care products and cosmetics" has closed up shop on their 24,000-square-foot facility in Summerville but left behind a number of leaking 55-gallon drums filled with mystery substances.
And DHEC can't find the owners to clean up the mess.
