College of Charleston students literally feel the housing squeeze

There are two clashing realities for College of Charleston students: A relatively finite amount of downtown housing, and a nearly always increasing freshmen class size.
Even if you've never been a College of Charleston student, if you've lived downtown you know the downtown housing scarcity.
To deal with that scarcity this year, the college did something new: assign three students to one room at a few dorm rooms.
The Post and Courier has a duet of stories: One on the student population growth and a second story on the three-students to a room situation.
