Realtor groups balks at many green plan mandates

The Charleston Trident Association of Realtors is none too happy with some required elements of the City of Charleston's proposed new green plan.

Among other objections, the realtors don't like the thought of having to disclose utility costs of properties, impact-like fees, and mandates on sustainability.
