A Charleston-based development firm, Greystar Real Estate Partners, is set to pitch their plans for the first phase of downtown Charleston's Midtown revitalization vision.

The project aims to bring life and functional buildings back to the area where Upper King and Upper Meeting Street intersect with Spring Street.

Greystar has the 441 Meeting Street site under contract to build a 298,000-square-foot, six-story condominium.

The Post and Courier has additional details on the project, which will be taken up at the Board of Architectural Review's meeting on Wednesday afternoon.
