According to police, the 18-wheeler was hauling stumps and debris when the load shifted as it was traveling north on Hungry Neck turning right onto Venning. The vehicle leaked oil and diesel fuel onto the roadways. Crews are working to contain the spill and keep it from entering the storm drainage system.
