Study on HOV lanes for I-26 nearly done

A study on whether or not HOV lanes are a good idea for Charleston is nearly ready.

But regardless of the findings by the S.C. Department of Transportation, one thing's clear: We're headed for a traffic pinch. So whether it's HOV lanes, commuter rail, or 10-lane highways, change is coming.
