Folly Beach stepping up enforcement of parking rules

The Post and Courier is reporting that Folly Bech intends to step up enforcement of its parking rules.
Apparently they're tired of folks parking the wrong way and not getting all the way off the road -- and they're ready to levy pricy tickets to get folks to comply.
