Food and Wine Festival gets renamed - barely

The BB&T Charleston Food and Wine Festival is switching it up and is now going to be called BB&T Charleston Wine and Food Festival.
A little switch indeed, but American Express owns Food & Wine Magazine and the Aspen Food & Wine Classic and has trademarked all forms of the phrase "food and wine."
