Ah... homeowner's associations. For better and for worse, they're, perhaps, the most purest form of civil government and politics. 

The board over at the St. Andrews Townhomes won't likely get any Christmas cookies from their neighbors. Beyond their usual quickdraw with citations and fines, they've put a ban on all outdoor holiday decorations except what residents can fit on their porch. Mason Snyder over at WBTW spoke with some annoyed homeowners who have accepted the new constraints as a challenge. See more here.
