A local construction employee, Isiah Nesbitt, claims he often sees ghosts while on the job working in old Charleston buildings.

The Post and Courier lends a good description of the revelations:
Nesbitt thought the young woman was a visitor, much like himself, until he realized he could see right through her. She hovered at the top of stairs, her long white dress fading into the floorboards where her knees should have been.

Over his other siblings, Nesbitt's father worked to leave him with the ability to see spirits.
