Chef Whiting creates a playful, affordable menu at Tristan
Tristan's executive chef Nate Whiting has settled into his new kitchen in the heart of downtown Charleston and transformed the menu into a playful and postmodern masterpiece.
Whiting's new dishes at Tristan are whipped up with Lowcountry produce and products, are extremely inventive, and won't take a huge bite out of your wallet. There are still some of the old staple to be found on the menu, but Whiting has made his presence known and it sure is delicious.
The Charleston City Paper's Rober Moss has a great review of Whiting's Tristan that is sure to make your mouth water.
