Bill would give young adults easier access to tattooing in S.C.

If you're 18, 19, or 20 years old you can get a tattoo in South Carolina's recently legalized tattoo shops -- with parental permission. But some lawmakers say it's silly that you can smoke, own a gun, and die for your country all on your own, but not get a tattoo without your parent's OK.
