If you've been enjoying "Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution" or are just a fan of taking the processed food out of school lunches?

Then you'll be glad to hear that the Charleston City Paper has an article about one local who's been fighting that battle for a few years already: Meet Johnson & Wales graduate Taylor Clare, and food preparer for 100 at the private Charleston Day School.

Read all about her efforts and ideas about healthy eating at the City Paper.

Now if only the S.C. Legislature could seal the deal on efforts to improve school lunches.
