Boisterous mayor off the legal hook after arresting officer doesn't show
After getting in legal trouble for disorderly conduct and trespassing, Atlantic Beach Mayor Retha Pierce is off the hook after the arresting officer didn't show in court.
I'm sure he just overslept.
