There's a story over at The Post and Courier about a public fuss over the changing of Wingo Way's name to Harry M. Hallman Jr. Boulevard.

The really shocking thing was how no one knew, not even the Mount Pleasant's mayor, for who the road is now named.

Doh.

Update March 19: Looks like folks will have 45 days to file address changes.

Update April 1: The Post and Courier reports that the road will keep its original name.
