Following dog-on-dog attacks, Charleston County park workers train to spot aggressive behavior

Instead of banning breeds, Charleston County parks have decided to train workers to spot aggressive dogs over aggressive breeds. 

Following the late February attack of a pit bull mix on a small dog at Wannamaker County Park in North Charleston, Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission workers have undergone training to spot bad-behaving dogs before problems erupt.
