Charleston, SC. January 10, 2013—Just in time for the new year Executive Chef Todd Mazurek has put together an inspiring and inspired new salad menu full of fresh ingredients, new tastes, flavors, and textures. Taking cues from several different foodie influences including global flavors, time periods, mega-chef's and more this menu excites from beginning to end. We’ve added new dressing options like Parmesan Vinaigrette and Sweet Mustard Seed Vinaigrette – all of which are totally gluten-free. You now have the option to have us toss or chop your salad, and we’re serving each one with a slice of our fresh baked whole-wheat baguette. We have five new signature salads, which include the “Southern”, the “Prohibition”, the “Thai”, the “West Coast”, and the “East Coast”. We will also be offering a daily salad special inspired by seasonal ingredients called our “Farmer’s Market” salad. Our design-your-own menu has new protein options - like Grilled Salmon and Ponzu Grilled Flank Steak as well as fun toppings like Turkey Bacon and Baked Kale Crisps. The menu launched this week at our 51 George Street location as well as our 188 Meeting Street location.
