Bulldogs take down Chattanooga in biggest comeback since '73

Down 27-0 against No. 17 Chattanooga in the third quarter, an early second half interception by The Citadel's cornerback Brandon McCladdie boosted The Citadel to the biggest comeback in school history since October 13th, 1973.

The Bulldogs went on to score 28 unanswered points in the second half to propel the Bulldogs to a 28-27 come-from-behind victory over the Chattanooga Mocs on Saturday.

The win helped The Bulldogs improve to 2-2 overall and 1-2 in the SoCon. The boys in blue will return home for a SoCon matchup against Wofford on Saturday, October 8th. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. at Johnson Hagood Stadium.
