With a local and a chance to be 'Best Tennis Town' this U.S. Open is more interesting to Charleston

James Beck over at The Post and Courier has done a good job of connecting the dots that this U.S. Open has double interest to Charleston as not only do we have a chance to grab the title of "Best Tennis Town," but we'll have a local Shelby Rogers in the tournament.
