Do you want to learn teamwork, leadership, and make a difference in your community? Then now is the time to sign up, as there are only 30 spots available for this awesome opportunity.
Camp activities will include: skating skills; endurance training; cross training; strength and flexibility training; derby rules; safety tips; discussions of health, nutrition, and body image; DIY fashions; and crafts. The organizers and facilitators of the camp include teachers, mothers, scientists, counselors, and other skilled professionals in the community. All have been pre-screened, and all are LCHR skaters.
LCHR Junior Roller Derby Summer Camp 2011 will run from June 27th - July 1st, Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hot Wheels Skating Center on James Island. The cost is $125 plus $20 for USARS insurance coverage.

- Skaters must have their own safety gear (helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist-guards, and mouth-guards).
- The cost for the camp includes skate rental for the week and an open skate session from 1-5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 29th.
- All campers need to be ready to work hard and have fun!
