Be prepared to be floored. Be prepared to spend all your Christmas money on yourself. Hold your breath: Cynthia Rowley is opening her boutique in the South. In Charleston. Downtown. On King Street! Watch out for the stampede of squealing women running in high heels down King Street in delight.

The location? 341 King Street. The time? 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, November 19. You'll likely need an invitation to get in, but you can still go take a peek -- or just swing by in the morning.

Be prepared to indulge in her Fall collection of women's wear, handbags, shoes, eyewear, belts, and leg wear. Rowley has been honored by The Council of Fashion Designers of America with a Perry Ellis Award for New Fashion Talent and a nomination for the Perry Ellis Award for New Menswear Design Talent, among others.
