City development projects progress in spite of lagging economy

As local businesses continue to close up shop left and right, large development firm continue to get and see a green flag; even in the face of a lackluster economy.

Charleston City Paper's, Greg Hambrick, gives a thorough rundown of future plans for the city's developments.

Premier real estate seems to be the topic of discussion with multi-acre sites such as The Promenade and Magnolia.
