Update, 10:30 p.m.: Results are in

Looks like we'll be seeing more of Haley and Barrett as they head to a runoff.

Update, June 8, 9 p.m.: Results are trickling in, but with 12 counties reporting Jim Clyburn looks like a sure thing with 90%+ of the vote.

Democrat governor hopeful Sheheen has 68% of the vote and Republican Haley has 46%.

We'll update regularly but you can follow the results here, individual county links follow.

First reporting: Tuesday, June 8th, voters across South Carolina (and several other states) will head to the polls to nominate Republican and Democratic candidates for the general election in November (or a runoff on June 22nd.)

If you've been following along, best of luck for you and your candidate tomorrow.

If you've been slacking or need a little reminder of the Charleston and South Carolina of where and how to vote, or how to keep tabs on the results as they come in, head on over to our election topic page to get primed and stay sane.
