During Myrtle Beach visit, Texas Gov. Rick Perry says he plans to ‘do something different’ after governorship ends

Texas Gov. Rick Perry didn’t make a formal announcement of his candidacy for the Republican nomination for president in 2016 during a speech at a lunch sponsored by the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce Tuesday.

But did he make an announcement?

“I’ve got about 60 more days of being the governor of the state of Texas and then I’m going to do something different,” he said at the conclusion of his speech. “You’ll see me again.”
