Man reports car stolen while he was walking dog to Myrtle Beach police

A man told Myrtle Beach police his car was stolen while he was walking his dog, according to a police report.

Officers were called about 9 a.m. Monday to Howard Avenue and Airpark Drive where a 57-year-old victim told police his 2001 Nissan Pathfinder was stolen, authorities said.

The victim told police he regularly walks his dog and parks his car in the area where it was taken.

The victim told officers he parked his car and walked his dog and when he returned about 15 minutes later, his car was gone, police said.
