St. Andrew's Family Fitness Plus has been Charleston's Health & Wellness leader since 1989.  Affectionately called "FFP" from its members and staff. FFP's 25th Anniversary will be helping Clemson gather data to study health and wellness practices. For those interested in being apart of the study click on the volunteers craigslist link below.
