Pat Conroy gives a written tribute to Beaufort Councilman Gary Fordham

You may not have known it, but recently passed Beaufort councilman Gary Fordham and beloved local author Pat Conroy have been friends since their time together at Beaufort High.
And that's a link that prompted Conroy to write a tribute about his friend's solid character and some of their strongest memories together.
