Creating a town of 100 years ago, Palmetto Bluff gets a Times profile
Palmetto Bluff
With a quaint downtown, several brick streets, and spacious neighborhood streets, Palmetto Bluff seems all about recreating the classic elements of Lowcountry communities in years past.
Well, recreated except for maybe the prices of 100 years ago.
Still the efforts of William G. Peacher and James W. Mozely haven't gone unnoticed as the development just south of old Bluffton has earned a profile in The New York Times.
Oh and before you get too huffed up about a South of the Broad post, the article does give some love to Beaufort for being the development's inspiration.
