Emancipation Proclamation today in Beaufort
The 150th anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation will be marked with an Emancipation Day service and meal on Tuesday, January 1, at 10 a.m. at the Tabernacle Baptist Church, 911 Craven Street in Beaufort.
