Sure, the big Fourth weekend came and went about a week back, but Island Packet photographer Sarah Welliver's recently-posted photo roundup was solid enough that it still merits a mention.

And yes, the gallery does have a mostly South of the Broad vibe: Hilton Head Island's Firecracker 5000 5K Run & Walk, Bluffton Children's Fourth of July Parade, north for the Fripp Island for the Salute from the Shore, and then back south to the Harbour Town's fireworks.
