Beaufort spring book sale is here on April 30

At the fall book sale.

Remember the news of a new used bookstore for the Beaufort library? Well, that kicks off at the spring book sale.

The Friends of the Beaufort County Library will hold their spring book sale on Saturday, April 30, from 10:30 a.m. until 4 p.m.

This year the book sale will be held in the former Beaufort District Collection room located to the right as you walk in the library. The group says that despite not being in the parking lot this year, they "will have the same large selection of quality used books."

If you have gently used books to donate for the group's annual book sales, donations are accepted year-round and can be dropped off at any of the local libraries. Money raised from book sales go to fund library sponsored events, activities, and materials.

You can join the Friends of the Library for as little as $10 a year.
