Joli Home Accents opening on Bay Street with a party

A spread of items at their prior shop in Habersham.

Joli Home Accents is opening their new space on Bay Street in downtown Beaufort and is also celebrating both their fourth anniversary of business in Beaufort on Saturday, October 15 from 4-6 p.m.

The celebration is open to the public and will feature a ribbon cutting ceremony organized by the Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Owned by mother-daughter team Cheryl Hunter and Allegra Craig, Joli features an selection of home accents, furniture, candles, jewelry and accessories, artwork, children's gifts, and more striving to hit a variety of tastes and price points.

Prior to their presence on Bay Street, Joli was housed in the Habersham Marketplace for nearly four years. "The Marketplace provided us with an opportunity to grow and evolve our store into what it is now," explains Craig. "If it not for our time there, we would never have been able to take the next step and move to Bay Street."

In addition to the distinctive merchandise found at Joli, and perhaps what Hunter and Craig are most proud of, is the personal attention paid to their customers. In fact, they have adopted Thomas Osborne Davis' The Welcome as their mission statement:" Come at evening or at morning. Come when expected or without warning. A thousand welcomes you'll find here before you, and the oftener you come, the more we'll adore you."

Joli Home Accents is located at 707 Bay Street in Beaufort. Shop hours are Monday through Saturday 10-5. For more information, please call 843.379.9191 or email allegra@jolihomeaccents.com
