Well the "Shrimp, Collards & Grits Wine Dinner" hosted by Saltus River Grill in downtown Beaufort is happening tonight, Tuesday, August 30, at 6 p.m. — and we have good word there are still a few seats left.
There will also be a cookbook signing by local food pro Pat Branning (who has a cookbook of similar name.)
