First reporting, event promo: As cold as it's going to be this week, it doesn't look like we're going to get snow. But that doesn't mean you have to completely miss out on the white stuff.

The Boys & Girls Club of Jasper is hosting the Blizzard at Blur Heron Trail from 6 to 9 p.m. this Friday.

A snow pass will cost you $5, and there will be hot chocolate and a bounce castle. Proceeds from the event will go to the Boys and Girls Club.
