Get ready for the first good freezes of the season.

Today's high of 55 is slated to give way to three night's of freezing temperatures. Namely, a low of 27, followed by a high of 42 and low of 24 on Tuesday, and recovering with 49 and 33 on Wednesday.

Also, winds are expected to be a brisk 14 to 18 MPH with gusts reaching up to 33, so the wind chill will be dropping us down to a feel of around 15 tonight.

So cover your plants, dig out those gloves, let your pipes drip, and brew some hot chocolate.
