Shrimp and grits: Southern Graces at its very finest

Southern Graces, a Savannah based food and catering company who also has a restaurant in Beaufort, has a dish featured on The Island Packet's "a la carte" blog.
Seems like all one needs to make the perfect southern dish is some butter, cream, wild boar prosciutto, and the imagination of one of Bobby Flay's former sous chefs!
