Newly opened Irish Rose Pub & Bistro gets high marks

The Irish Rose Pub & Bistro has recently opened in Beaufort Town Center along Boundary Street in the former home of Hecklers.

The spot has already garnered one review on Yelp that's generally high praise.

The atmosphere is a step up from the sports bar themed establishments that have occupied the space prior to the Irish Rose. The fresh Atlantic cod was cooked just right and the home made steak fries were crisp and delicious. On the suggestion of the chef I tried the house made Tartar and I think I will be putting it on everything from here on out.
They're at 2121 Boundary Street back near the Bi-Lo.
