Lights land loggerhead in Hilton Head pool

A 250-pound loggerhead turtle went astray and wound up in the pool of a Hilton Head Island home, and stayed there until rescuers could help the turtle back out.

Lights from homes and other man-made sources are notorious for disorenting sea turtles after nesting, as they look towards the should-be brighter moonlight reflecting off the ocean waves.
