Construction, store update on Bluffton Tanger Outlet 1

Cat's almost fully out of this shopping bag.
The demolished and being rebuilt Tanger Outlet 1 stores in Bluffton are continuing to move forward and more leases are being signed.
Who's on the list? New ones like Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th, returning ones like J. Crew, and some restaurants like Olive Garden.
That's right Beaufort, you're not the only one set for some all you can eat soup, salad, and breadstick love.
