Hilton Head vacationer at odds with Delta over botched ticketing (w/video)

It hasn't been the best PR week for Delta down at Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport.

First an inbound flight overshoots the runway and has to be towed back to the gate. Now a California man visiting Hilton Head on vacation says he wasn't allowed to board his flight.

Mark Evans told WSAV's Holly Bounds that he moved up his return flight to the west coast by a couple of days after injuring his back. When he got to the airport to board his flight he was told the ticketing agent who made his change over the phone shouldn't have done so and that he wouldn't be able to board without paying a hefty sum.
