Bluffton man arrested after children go searching for help at 3:45 a.m.
Keith Miller, 34, of Bluffton has been charged with felony unlawful conduct toward a child after his children, ages 6 and 9, awoke without anyone home at 3:45 a.m. and went to a neighbor's house looking for help.
