Duo arrested in Port Royal bathroom burnings, Hunting Island dumpster fire

An 18-year-old and a 20-year-old were arrested after a two portable bathrooms were burned at The Sands in Port Royal, and a garbage can was set ablaze under the Hunting Island boardwalk in late August.
