Updated March 4: The Beaufort Police Department is reporting on its Facebook page that three arrests have been made in connection with the February 21 fire at Parkview Apartments.

Latoya Richards, Shaquan Lawton and Randall Richards (pictures below) face charges of Arson 3rd degree and Conspiracy, according to the Facebook post.

Reported February 22: The small office administration building was found smoking on Monday morning at the Parkview Apartments near the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office. 

The notion is that it was retaliation for efforts to clean up the neighborhood.
