With 24 hours of rain, Beaufort catches up on a dry 2012

News flash: Our weekend was wet, really wet.
So much so that the 4.16 inches that fell between noon on Saturday and noon on Sunday at the Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort almost brought us back to a normal rainfall total for the year — a total of 6.88 inches so far as recorded in Charleston.
The good news is we're headed back to temperatures in the low 70s for much of this week with the chance of rain staying off until Friday or so.
Enjoy that early Spring-like weather.
